This one-day training reviews the basic principles and practices of Restorative specific to education, criminal justice, community empowerment, and business organizations. Participants will experience the circle process, be introduced to the roots of restorative, the universal wheel, elements and components, different types of circles, and guiding principles and practices related to restorative. No Prerequisite.

Certification as a Restorative Principle and Practices Practitioner (2 Day In-person Training)

This two-day training provides a general overview of the basic principles and practices of Restorative for implementing circles in various environments. Designed for all levels and all settings. Besides preparing, planning, designing, and keeping simple restorative circles, participants will learn how to use the elements and components of the process to create respectful environments for dialogue. No Prerequisite.

This two-day training provides a general overview of the basic principles and practices of Restorative for implementing circles in various environments. Designed for all levels and all settings, this skill-building training focuses on circles for building relationships, the circle keepers' role in facilitating the circle process. Participants will also gain insight into the understanding of Restorative Justice, Restorative Prac.tices, Traditional Practices, and what is not Restorative Principles and Practices. No Pre-requisite.

Certification as a Facilitator - Harm Circles (2 Day In-person Training)

Designed for all levels and all settings, this skill-building training focuses on the circle keepers' role in facilitating the circle process when addressing harm. Through skits, activities, and exercises, participants will practice creating spaces for respectful dialogue and using effective questioning to help address conflict, disagreements, and harm while building relationships among parties. Pre-requisite: Prior training in restorative principles and practices.

Anger Management: 105

Certification as a Certified Anger Management Specialist utilizing Restorative Principles and Practices (NAMA certified) (3 Day In-person Training)

Note: This is a CAMS-RJ Certification.

This three-day training reviews basic restorative principles and practices and provides the licensed curriculum from the National Anger Management Association (NAMA) which includes state-of-the-art anger theory utilizing a twelve-module training platform. Pre-requisite: Prior training in restorative principles and practices.

Pre-requisite: Prior training in restorative principles and practices.

Our training sessions focus on RESTORATIVE CIRCLES. Attendees will learn the essence of 'restorative' and master values-driven consensus decision-making for addressing harm and needs differently, breaking away from traditional methods like voting, mediation, NVC, therapy, and counseling.
