Designed for all levels and all settings, this skill-building training focuses on the circle keepers' role in facilitating the circle process when addressing harm. Through skits, activities, and exercises, participants will practice creating spaces for respectful dialogue and using effective questioning to help address conflict, disagreements, and harm while building relationships among parties. Pre-requisite: Prior training in restorative principles and practices.
